Do you have your java up to date, and are you making sure that you're dragging the folder into your documents when you finish downloading it? (someone else had this problem, so I'm just making sure ^^)

Yea, my java is up to date. And yea its extracted to "my documents"

You could try clicking the other icon when you're trying to open it. One of them has the Shimeji icon and the other has the Java icon, try clicking on the one you weren't trying to open before. ^^
